Consultations
A JMax Design team member will perform a walk-through of the home and evaluate the staging needs, assess the target market, and take measurements of the spaces along with photos so we can customize a staging package of furnishings and accessories that fits the needs and look of the home perfectly!
A JMax Design team member will walk the home with the homeowner to determine what items will be utilized or should be removed, and what additional decor items may be needed to complete the staging look. A scope of work with notes and photos will be sent to the client followed with an install if approved
*Consultation fee will be applied to any approved and booked staging service
$25 Travel fee applies for locations 20+ miles from central Littleton, CO
Vacant Home staging
*The final staging price includes deducted consultation fee if a consultation was booked, design, installation, removal and initial 30 days of furniture rental. On the 31st day, a charge of 1.5% of the initial staging price per day will incur until the furniture is picked up.
Additional fees for elevator use, additional furniture items that are not included in packages,
or other unusual circumstances may occur.

OWNER OCCUPIED STAGING
NOTE: A consultation is required for owner occupied stages
You might think an occupied home is fully furnished so why would it need staging? Well… it is likely it’s not living up to its full potential or has a very specific style which could turn away potential buyers. It’s amazing what added decor, artwork, and even special furniture pieces can do!
Sometimes all JMax Design needs to do is declutter, depersonalize, or rearrange the owners items while adding some of our pieces and sometimes we’re fully staging a few unused rooms while the homeowner is still living there. It all depends on the needs of the home to sell.
Our main goal with owner-occupied staging is to elevate and bring new life to the home to showcase its potential and to help it sell quickly.
