A JMax Design team member will walk the home with the homeowner to determine what items will be utilized or should be removed, and what additional decor items may be needed to complete the staging look. A scope of work with notes and photos will be sent to the client followed with an install if approved

*The final staging price includes design, delivery, removal and initial 30 days of furniture rental.
On the 31st day, a charge of 1.5% of the initial staging price per day until the furniture is picked up.
Additional fees for elevator use or other unusual circumstances may occur.
